4. Register of company members

5. Appointment or removal of members and auditors of the company

6. Change of information about company members

In the event of a change in company members and auditors, the following information is required;

1. Names

2. Copy of ID card

3. Photocopy of passport (foreigners)

4. Nationality

5. Address of residence

6. Alternate address (if any)

7. Telephone and e-mail addresses

8. Positions

9. Appointment date

10. Date of departure

If there are any other changes to the company’s information, it is also necessary to notify the company’s statutory secretary and prepare the relevant resolution documents. This will be submitted to ACRA after the directors have signed off on the documents.
